I've been to a few garages before, but this one topped them all. The owner is a total car genius — he fixed my car problem right away. Prices were way lower than I was ready to pay, but quality wasn't sacrificed at all. The whole crew was laidback and honest, making the whole thing so much easier. My car runs smoothly now, and I'm really glad that I found them.
For minor jobs like basics services and brakes they’re fine. But I wouldn’t class them and the owner as VW Specialists by any means. Had taken a VAG group car to them with a few fault codes. They didn’t have the VW diagnostic software that supposed ‘specialists’ should have. They also were misdiagnosing my car and just changing parts that didn’t need changing. Always best service for me, they are all polite here and do their job quickly! Good quality parts and great work. Affordable and honest. Definitely recommend.
