It’s a sub par company. Very unorganized. Auditors who seemed amateur and needed further training. Leadership was weak and had poor management skills. Felt more like telemarketing or a bill collecting position instead of nursing /case management. The poor patients hardly wanted to be bothered and didn’t know how they got on the program for monthly calls.

Bad place to work, no coordination, no support, some management think they can talk to you in any way. No training is either you swim or you sink... Only giving a because it won't let me post it without it

I've been with this company for several months now, and have support from management and other staff. My training was thorough and comprehensive and I felt prepared by the end to be able to accomplish my job. This company has a lot of great potential for it's employee's and its customers for many years to come.
