I bought an Orb Audio Booster a few years back. Recently I started having power issues to the booster. I reached out to customer service and not only did they get back to me via email, they graciously answered unexpectedly resolved my issue for me! Amazing customer support. They definitely have my loyalty! Highly recommended for not only a great product that’s an amazing value for the price but unmatched customer service!!

I've been using orb products since 2005. Recently my subwoofer stopped working however. Upgrading to the latest subOne was hassle free and very reasonable price wise. Gary was a pleasure to deal with and full of valuable information.
