Avoid! Orax has been contracted to remodel a one bedroom apartment in our coop in October 2017. It is March 1st 2018 and they are still working on it. My apartment is next door so I hear and sometimes see the work they are doing. The work is poor quality, and they are making a lot of mess and noise, often swearing and yelling at each other.
