I hired one of Orattac's employees to do a safety inspection for my property so the electric utilities could be turned on and it failed. We then decided to bypass the safety inspection and just upgrade to 200amp service.The employee had an extreme lack of business acumen and after several of my own attempts to get him to put in writing our agreement he declined and walked off the job. I would NOT recomend this company for any of there services, they are the most UN-PROFFESIONAL company I have ever delt with across the board. Starting with there opperators. They are extremly RUDE and they had to call me twice about the tv problem and to set the appointment twice. WOW ! The tech showed up @ my house with an attitude, like he was'nt getting paid enough to be there, it gets better ! He was in my house about 90 seconds to do warranty work.
