Stephanie at the reception office is a life saver, the Dr I do not care for. He is very unprofessional never came out to let me know how my hubby was doing or what to expect after surgery. He was having issues getting pain meds for after his surgery. He had NOTHING to take home and the Dr was aware and wasn't doing a thing about it. This is where Stephanie saves the day, as soon as she found out he had no pain meds she was making all kinds of calls for him. I can hear her from the waiting area and she never stopped trying.
