Stephanie at the reception office is a life saver, the Dr I do not care for. He is very unprofessional never came out to let me know how my hubby was doing or what to expect after surgery. He was having issues getting pain meds for after his surgery. He had NOTHING to take home and the Dr was aware and wasn't doing a thing about it. Will never got to this place again
Knee surgery in August: 1) Orangewood threatened to no perform surgery if I didn't commit to $700+ dollar co-pay BEFORE admittance 2) the surgery was in AUGUST WHY am I still getting bills for Anesthesia... And the knee brace... And the crutches... IN NOVEMBER 3) they didn't bother to TELL ME their $700+ Co-pay wasn't going to cover: Anesthesia... Brace... Crutches... Nurse on the day of the surgery was great... assistant helping set up the brace/crutches was great... But these greedy people running it needs to be honest UP ... read more
