Do not, I repeat, DO NOT trust the service department to: 1) Do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. 2) Do the right thing when you show up and call them on a serious eff up that cause serious problems 3) Stand behind any products or equipment you buy from them. DO expect them to: a) Refuse to fix the problem unless you sign a new work order. b) Refuse to replace defective equipmemt or products and require you to deal directly with the manufacturer c) Refuse to give you a refund when... read more

Sold me a $500+ defective escape window wouldn't replace it wouldn't get the proper seal to fix the issue. Want me to return the window and have my RV unusable waiting for replacement. All I asked for was original seal and I would replace it myself. The 50 ft of inferior seal they sent wasn't a direct replacement seal even Andre said that it's a cheap felt seal that I could have bought it home depot. I called Orangewood on August 4th as I had an electrical problem I couldn't figure out. The representative told me the first opening on their schedule was August 31st. I didn't want to wait that long but I had heard good things about the company. I wanted professionals to fix it. When I showed up on August 31st another representative (Joseph) told me it could be up to September 14th before they would have the unit fixed. We visited the parts department and were very happy with the service. They are very knowledgeable. They ordered the part we needed ,and a few days later called us when it arrived.Everything went great.

You have some of the worst staff answering e-mails. My husband and I are in the market to purchase a Grand Design 381M. My husband requested a price quote on a 381M from your website. Below are the absolutely rude responses he received from 1 of your employees. No one local to us has the options we really wanted, and we were not opposed to a road trip to pick 1 up. Hands down the worst RV service department I have ever had to deal with. We bought our 5th wheel from them in March and still haven't had the warranty work completed, despite having brought it to them 3 separate times. We are currently waiting for parts to come in so it can be finished. When I called to see if the parts came in, Kristin, our service advisor on stated they have not come in. That was on August 6th. Friendly staff and good inventory. Really enjoyed working with our salesman Shane. He answered my text messages promptly and even took a couple of my phone calls on his day off.
