Be aware of Colonial Construction who is doing the siding. Their scaffolding collapsed from the 2nd floor and damaged the window frame which they fixed. But the condo president refused to replace the broken board on the deck which the scaffolding had caused. The deck is in great condition except for the broken board. I’m not trying to get a new deck nor a new board. Just wanted the deck safe, meaning they should fix what they broke!
