Mr. Johnny is always very polite and friendly while working in the community. The kids and others enjoy interacting with him. As well as the property manager Mrs.Mickie provides us with helpful tips in our community and finds a lot of different ideas on engaging with the children during holidays.
The apartments are nice however the manger Mickey is a racist she will Judge you and will talk to you any kind of way very nice nasty if you don’t have thick skin don’t move out there she will nitpick about every little thing it’s really disgusting how she acts she is also the manger for southern villas apartments

Really like how the staff is very helpful, we are right next to a school, my son has way more freedom here, and the rooms are very big! It's usually quiet which is what I like.
Beautiful clean apartments for an older apartment building, it's the best kept up apartment building in Starke, the manager really does a excellent job in making sure that those apartments are well kept up , and she's a very respectful, educated & professional , honest, courteous manager.
