I have no idea how this place got these 5 star reviews when this place has know idea how to diagnose my Tiguan took my car here because I was get a hum a low rpm they told me it was a wheel bearing they replace it still the same problem I took the car to another mechanic and he clean the mass air sensor problem went way my car was in the wrong gear dirty mass air these clowns at Volkswagen Orangeville over charged me for a wheel bearing $650 just for the bearing NAPA had the same bearing for $195 this place is a rip off
Another great experience with Norm and the team at Orangeville VW. I love the new 2025 Atlas, which I had to acquire quick after my 2022 Atlas (also from Orangeville VW) was trashed.
Dealt with Norm from Orangeville VW, he was incredibly helpful made sure that I got what I needed. Had some unfortunate moments where I was phoned by Sapna 20 minutes before my previous deal. Came in to the dealership and Norm brought a car from another dealership that matched my availability and pushed to make sure the deal was still completed within the week.
