I don’t typically write reviews online, However, I was thoroughly impressed by the service at Orangeville Volkswagen, their service team and staff were phenomenal. Michelle was so kind and knowledgeable i’m someone that has a speech impediment. They were patient and very kind. Sean, the service manager is a wonderful man. He sent me a shuttle on a Saturday even though they did not have it coming out of there way me to the farthest part of Orangeville possible with no hassle . 11/10 service!
I had a lovely experience at Orangeville VW! Kirk made the process very easy and enjoyable. He was very helpful, a great communicator and understanding. I will be returning for all my future car needs thanks to him!
