Worst doctor I have ever seen and I’ve seen a lot of them. I wish I could give this zero stars. I saw Dr El-Batnigi for nerve blocks/ trigger point injections for daily headaches/migraines and chronic muscle tension. Completely inattentive, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly asked the same questions across multiple visits (including about Botox, which I clearly stated multiple times no longer works for me), clearly did not read his notes, and did not listen to a word I said even asking what we did at the last appo... read more
Service and staff are great that’s what their job is.. But for the treatment, I can guarantee you no one in that facility is getting better. I’ve been there for two years. I still see the same people. Treatment or service is it that not their job to heal us because I’ve been going there for two years. I still have the same problem when I first walked in. And no one’s getting better cause I still see the same faces that I first saw when I first came to this clinic
I had Shingles 3 years ago on my face and it left a lot of nerve damage in the left eye and cheek area. I have had non stop pain this entire time. I started going to the pain clinic and the pain has reduced to just the eye area. Still going to see Dr. Malalai Kamawi. She is my hero. After 3 years of this pain, it is now down to a manageable level. Complete relief is imminent. Thanks with all my heart Judy Williams.

I go to this clinic on a weekly basis, from Sudbury, to see Dr. Taheem. Yesterday, for the first time since I come here, I had a bad spell where I, all of a sudden, fainted after my injections. One of the two receptionist, Rebecca, tried to lunge through her counter to catch me but was unsuccessful.
