I was super nervous about my hearing test and found it to be a great experience. The Audiologist ( Eric Irvine ) explained everything as he tested my hearing and answered all my questions ( and there's always a bunch of often ridiculous questions so I really appreciate his patience). I highly recommend this clinic if you are getting your hearing tested.
The audiologist I was seeing for the last few years is no longer with them. The hearing test was fine. When it came to installing a firmware update on my hearing aid, just prior to my warranty expiry, he was unable to install it because he couldn't connect my hearing aid to bluetooth. My anderoid phone is brand new and I have not been able to connect to bluetooth either. Disappointing as I drove 2 hrs to this appt. They were excellent with my child. Been there twice and both times exceptional service. Didn’t make me take tests that wouldn’t show well because of an ear infection which saved me money.
Very friendly staff and convenient.
