I called to place an order for same-day delivery. I was concerned it might not be possible due to the short notice, but they were incredibly helpful. I had a specific floral arrangement from their site in mind, and they were transparent about what was available, offering thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. ordered flower arrangement and for the price, almost 400 dollars, the arrangement was smaller then the size specs on the website. The image shows the flowers almost covering the entire flower stand. In reality it only covered half of the stand. Not worth the price
