I just had Brandon over to take a look at potential issue with our roof. We were 89% sure it wasn’t a problem. He gave his honest professional opinion and put the issue to rest. He didn’t push any products or services, which is nice to hear. Once I do have something for Synergy, I’m definitely giving them a call!
We were pleased with our recent experience with Synergy. We had worrisome small drips of water coming through the ceiling of our home. Brandon, our service tech arrived at the scheduled time, was extremely courteous, and listened carefully to our description of the problem. Synergy Exteriors were great to do business with! It started right from the beginning, as their admin was helpful and patient in all phone/text correspondence. An estimator came out to look at the issue, and within a couple days they were here to fix it. And the guys were quick!! They even were so kind to look at the connecting piece and throw in a couple nails there I'm always praying things don't need to be worked on, but at least I know if it's another gutter issue, I've got Synergy on my side!
