I popped in for a class while visiting from the US. The front staff(Lily?) was very welcoming and friendly and Kristyn was a great coach. She did a great job explaining each exercise while encouraging the rest of us. The equipment itself was a bit older than most Orange Theory gyms I’ve visited but overall it was a great experience.
Love OTF Haberfield, if you want to improve your running & rowing endurance and strength train too this class never gets boring and the trainers are great!
Really like the workout style here. Very high calorie burn every time and they offer late classes (715pm) which are hard to find and work for my lifestyle
