I very much feel invigorated coming to classes at westbrook Orange Theory. I never was very athletic otherwise and struggled to find motivation to go to a typical gym without instruction. Vanessa and Michael are especially great coaches and all the staff are friendly and motivating. I feel accomplished after finishing a class here. Orange Theory has helped me get back to fitness postpartum (two times now!). It was incredibly hard to leave my baby at first, but having a scheduled “appointment” twice a week gave me structure and something consistent for both me and my family to rely on. I love the structure of the workout. I’ve always considered myself a cardio person, but Orangetheory has completely changed my perspective on strength training.
