I find it a bit ridiculous that the phone is NEVER answered. I understand being busy but calling across multiple days and never getting in contact with anyone is not okay. Members shouldn’t have to drive all the way to the studio for questions to be answered about their membership. Also, I have been getting the runaround from different SA’s about how to cancel or transfer my membership to the one in Kingstown. What’s the point of a voicemail system if you never get back to anyone?🤨
