Life-changing studio and community! Our first coaches at Orangetheory Seton were Jayy and Kristin, who now own the studio and have built such an incredible atmosphere. Coach Bailey always kept us pushing past our limits, Shamia knows how to get right to your core, and right now I am loving and vibing with Britt's energy! While on our vacation we stopped in at OT to maintain our fitness routine. The Calgary Seton OT location team, coaches were excellent and welcoming, facility was clean, many class options, allowing us to keep our routines in check while away from home. Thanks OT for keeping us moving during our holiday.

I’ve done about 12 classes at OrangeTheory so far and I can already feel such a difference — stronger, happier, healthier, and more confident! The workouts are challenging in the best way and I love how every class pushes me to do more than I thought I could. The staff at the front desk and all the coaches have been so welcoming, motivating, and encouraging. They truly make the experience so much better.
