I've only had three classes, but oh my goodness! How have these classes already become the highlight of my day?! I'm officially obsessed! The coaches here are absolutely amazing. Special shout-out to Shaima and Kristin for making every class such a vibe!

I thoroughly enjoyed my OT experience. The staff and coaches are exceptional at the Seton location. The skill and support they provide is in my experience next to none. I've unfortunately had cancel my membership but only due personal reasons but I will be back.

Life-changing studio and community! Our first coaches at Orangetheory Seton were Jayy and Kristin, who now own the studio and have built such an incredible atmosphere. Coach Bailey always kept us pushing past our limits, Shamia knows how to get right to your core, and right now I am loving and vibing with Britt's energy! You can only win when you step in, push yourself, and have the best team around you to help you get there. Thank you OTF Seton — I am a client forever! 🧡🧡

While on our vacation we stopped in at OT to maintain our fitness routine. The Calgary Seton OT location team, coaches were excellent and welcoming, facility was clean, many class options, allowing us to keep our routines in check while away from home. Thanks OT for keeping us moving during our holiday.
