I genuinely liked Orange Theory but I had to go out of town for a couple of months so I requested them to cancel our membership and that we can join once we get back. They first of all made it extremely difficult to cancel even though I followed the policy- by telling me there are no cancellation forms available and not emailing me a copy even after requesting multiple times- and then when we finally canceled it they still charged my account. I had an awful experience with Orange Therey. The owner is a liar who tricked us into signing a contract by offering a lower price, only to change it after a month. When we tried to cancel because the price wasn’t what we agreed on, he completely ignored the terms of the contract we had signed. It’s clear he just wanted to lock us in and then avoid any responsibility. don’t waste your time here. Go to another location where they actually respect their customers. These guys still charge you after you cancelled membership pretending they didn’t have cancellation form. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
