I’ve been going to this OrangeTheory for over a year and it’s been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. Classes are challenging, but the coaches are all amazing and keep you motivated. The staff are also all very friendly and will easily help reschedule you if you can’t make a class for whatever reason. 5/5
I'm 53 years old, and I've been with OTF across various states and studios since 2016. The workouts are motivating and challenging. I definitely see a difference in my body, mobility, strength, stamina, etc. I've fallen off the workout wagon at various times over the years, but when I do come back, it is as if I never left. I'm able to get back into the routine without missing a beat. It is definitely not for everyone, and you have to commit to staying consistent and working hard.
