Awful corporate policies. Orangetheory is great until they decide to shut down a busy location with no rhyme or reason. Then they will insist that it is “corporate policy” and “the system won’t let us” pro-rate fees or issue refunds for weeks they are closed. Workouts and coaches are great, but their customer service is awful. They will bill you in advance even when it is known they can’t provide the service they are billing you for. Fitness memberships are notoriously scammy, and sadly, OTF is no different.
Great first class today at OTF Cotswold. Coach Haley was awesome, helping me with mods on where I needed them. Other members were welcoming and encouraging. Happy I finally took the plunge. Anyone on the fence? Just give it a try!
This OTF studio is the best! Other studios in the area are good too, but this location is great! The coaches (shout out Haley and Dillon) are skilled, upbeat, and make the whole experience fun (even at 5 AM)! The front office staff is also so helpful and welcoming, plus equipment is pretty new and parking is easy. I highly recommend OTF and especially at the Cotswold location!
OTF Cotswold is amazing. So glad I joined this year. Coach Haley and Coach Dillon rock!
