This is such a fun gym. The SAs are great and very friendly, and the coaches are fun and knowledgeable. Something I really appreciate about the coaches here is that they let me know right away if I need to correct my form during an exercise and how to do so. The spacing at the stations is great too. At some locations you’ll feel like you’re on top of each other in class, but that’s not the case here. I also love that they tell us what exercises to do. I just have to show up! The team at OTF is so welcoming and friendly, it’s easy to keep coming back and workout with this crew!
Have been doing OT for just over a year now and can’t believe it took me so long to get on board. It’s such a good workout in terms of quality but also great for someone who needs direction and accountability. The instructors are fantastic and the front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. You feel like part of a community, but can be as involved or not as you’d like! Highly recommend.
