OrangeTheory absolutely crushes it. The front desk crew is always upbeat, quick to help, and somehow remembers everyone’s name. The coaches? Total rockstars. I have been an Orangetheory member on and off for approximately eight years and have attended multiple locations. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism at this particular studio does not meet Orangetheory’s usual standards, particularly in terms of communication. When the studio was at fault regarding the handling of my equipment, the situation was managed in an unprofessional manner.
