I joined this location in January and cannot emphasize how much I enjoy the staff and coaches here. There is consistency and variety- which are really hard to find at a lot of locations. Big shout out to Tonya, Chris and Shannon- you guys have pushed me and made me stronger and faster! You won’t be disappointed taking a class here.
Probably the worst customer service I've seen in my life. I asked them to pause membership because I was sick. After that, I got harassed by the new manager for weeks because not only they didn't pause the membership, but they also threatened me they will make me pay fee for another month because it's in the contract and I didn't cancel month in advance - mind you I wouldn't even cancel if they paused my membership as I asked them to, and if I wasn't harassed by the new manager by email and on the phone. Love OTF and this location is so convenient. While it is a little smaller than other OTF locations the coaches and staff make this place the best. I especially appreciate the 0500 crews and coaches. Everyone is always so energetic and motivating, it helps you keep coming back for more. Especially Steph at the front, she always greets you with a smile and remembers your name.
The coaches at this location are great but management seems to be almost anti military which is shocking in such a heavy military area. I’ve had a few different issues with management even with things that I brought up prior to joining to ensure that they would be acceptable and was told there wouldn’t be issues. Extremely poor management-style. I attended my first class on Feb. 22 and loved it. I was given paperwork to fill out for an $89 membership that was categorized as six-month elite for 8 classes per month. A week later, I attended another class and returned the completed paperwork. I was super excited to join and had a great experience with the class and instructor.
