The workouts and coaches at Orangetheory are great, but the way my membership cancellation has been handled is fraudulent and unprofessional. I submitted my cancellation form on August 23, followed up again on August 27, and called on September 3. Despite three clear attempts, I have not received confirmation, and was told my account is still active. Amazing OTF and experience. Nothing fancy just a place to get down and dirty to reach your own goals. Jo is honestly the best coach I’ve trained with in almost 8 years. She is engaging and will motivate you to push your limits. She also always has a dope playlist.
Orangetheory Fitness Kingstowne is running a shady billing practice. I canceled my membership in person in October 2023 and haven’t used their services since. Despite this, they continued charging me $129/month for nearly two years — over $2,500 in total. Needed something to get me back into exercise without needing to think too how about what I’m doing. This place is great! Staff and coaches are great, the people are everyday people, and it just feels good to get a sweat on with support.
