Needed something to get me back into exercise without needing to think too how about what I’m doing. This place is great! Staff and coaches are great, the people are everyday people, and it just feels good to get a sweat on with support.
The manager will not refund me the money they owe me. I’ve called, texted, emailed, been in person multiple times.
I joined just before the holidays and felt immediately welcomed and encouraged as I’ve gotten back into fitness after a long time away. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable, the other members are welcoming and I enjoy making OrangeTheory a part of my new routine!
I've gone 3 or 4 times now and have enjoyed each class. I love how there's different instructors, different workouts, and always a different playlist. You're doing everything at your own pace, but I never fill out if place. If there's an exercise you don't understand, they come and explain it without hesitation. So far it's been a great experience. I'd like to try other locations but mine isn't far from home.
