I just finished my 20th class and highly recommend Orangetheory Anderson. Whether you’re in your 20s or your 70s, you’ll fit right in. The workouts are amazing, and you’re always able to work at your own level.
I am new to Orange Theory, joined right before the New Year. I have always loved my HIIT classes, but never a fan of cardio. With the set up of 2g & 3g I find myself pushing to my limits and setting goals to hit for every class. Cardio is getting easier and my quickness from high school soccer days is coming back! I love random competition days like capture the flag, 1 mile challenge, & catch me if you can, it lets you see where you are and see how much your endurance grows.
