I had an amazing experience at Orangetheory Fitness! The workout was challenging, energizing, and incredibly well organized. Coach Damani was absolutely fantastic—his energy, motivation, and clear instructions made the entire class enjoyable and easy to follow. I recently joined this gym, and my experience so far has been excellent. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The environment is positive and motivating, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and excited to work out. The staff and members alike create a great sense of community, and I’m really glad I chose to join. I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here.
I’m not sure what has happened to this location. They hired this new manager I think her name is Abigail. And honestly this place has been all over since she has joined that team to mange the place. There’s no good coaches and not to mention rarely any people of color on the team. They fired the 2 best coaches they had and you can guess it! They were women of color. This place is going down in real time. Management please get this together.
I have been a member with OTF for 3 years now and have never been more unhappy than I am currently. The turnover rate at OTF is very high with front desk and coach staff and it is primarily with men and women of color. As a woman of color myself, representation matters and IS important. Peju is my favorite coaches at OTF, but Peju and Ivii have recently been fired. The only two women of color coaches who play hip hop and r&b are no longer there and without any explanation. I've done a lot of classes here with a variety of coaches. Hannah is the head trainer and is awesome! Love the studio/gym set up and the service has always been excellent. It's really easy to use the app to sign up for classes as well.
