I Love going to the Midtown Location, Great Staffs, Amazing Coach(s) and it feels like a little workout family!!
First visit was for a birthday group workout. Very organized and staff is friendly and welcoming. Workout kicked my butt but I felt good afterwards!
Great first experience. Jessica the instructor was informative, friendly, great with challenging, and had a great playlist. The staff was also so friendly and gave a good tour of the facility!
Big shoutout to the staff of this location, had issues with my core hard monitor they troubleshot it for me and kindly replaced it. The staff, coaches at this location are just amazing and nice to deal with! Thanks OT!
Awesome studio! I come here specifically for the upper body strength classes with Clarice on Thursday. She is great! You will be sore afterwards!
