All over is good
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Orangetheory Fitness. I was charged after no longer attending and have not been refunded, despite explaining my situation multiple times. I went through an unfortunate domestic situation that left me in a very difficult position, and I communicated that clearly. Instead of any real understanding or flexibility, I was met with a response along the lines of “I apologize for your situation, but you can still fulfill the services for the month.” That response lacked empathy and co... read more
Constant spam calls! When asked to remove name from call list they requested further info, like they haven't already caused an inconvenience by incessant calling and voicemails. Ridiculous.
