$20/per class up-charge to use this studio. This dilutes the value of my OTF membership. Disappointing.
The coaches and staff are all amazing and so welcoming, shoutout to Sean studio manager who’s so welcoming and sweet. Highly recommend this location
Considering its a gym i would think there would be soap in at least one of the bathrooms.. i have over 300 classes and was an OTF sales associate for a year and never have seen this happen.. its a gym and we all touch the same equipment lets do better. After telling the associate she didn’t do anything about it and instead joined the class..
I showed up 30 minutes early for my intro session but because I came with friends, they charged me the full price? The Male staff member was extremely rude and made me feel bad for asking about why I would be charged more without prior notification. Instructor was kind but I won’t be going back - I’d recommend going to a different OTF.
