When I was done with my class this morning at Orange Theory in Farmingdale, for some reason my combination lock on my locker would not open. Of course, I started to slightly panic as I needed to get to work and my phone, keys and wallet were all locked inside. The staff immediately stepped in to help and went far beyond what I would have expected. Been to probably 20 different OT studios and honestly my favorite one is my home studio in Bedford, NH but this one would be at least tied! Craig’s workout he ran was one of the best I’ve done in 7 years in OT. His energy and enthusiasm was great to help an old guy like me get through the workout. When I’m back in town I’ll be back!
I took my first class today at OTF Farmingdale which is not my home studio, but after today I wish it was (LOL). As I was checking in for my class they had a welcome sign and water bottle waiting for me - something as small as this gesture goes such a long way for someone like me. I joined OTF 3 years ago and it helped me feel stronger and meet some amazing people. OTF Farmingdale has some great staff who are always so positive and have great energy, especially SA Victoria, Manager Mary, and ASM Meaghan. I am so beyond heartbroken to hear about Meaghan moving studios. ASM Meaghan always makes me feel so much better whenever I’ve had a long day at work or I’m upset about something. I have been a member at Farmingdale OTF since the day they opened. It is the only gym that I ever stuck with. It is filled with some of my favorite people. No one does it like Farmingdale. The coaches, members and staff are all outstanding. The girls up front are always greeting us with a smile. Coach Craig- the GOAT- always kicking your butt when you need it.
