I like OTF workouts but will be going to a different location. Coaches here were good but the sales guy Andy was terrible. SO rude and off-putting.
The coaches at East Rutherford are wonderful and have been since I started attending in 2022. The admin staff, has been a constant disappointment going all the way to top management. I had an incorrect charge that took over 6 months to resolve with constant follow up from my end and silence from theirs. Definitely recommend OT overall but be aware of the lack of care from the admin and management staff when you have an issue.
I discovered Orange 🍊 theory through my son a little over a year ago and have been coming here ever since . I’ve never worked out in this type of gym , I was a typical gym goer for many years until Covid hit and everything changed . My favorite gym . I enjoy the monthly calendars and challenges they offer . They even offer body scans so you can track your progress . They offer strength classes and combination cardio and strength classes .
Pathetic. Someone needs to maintenance on their all equipment including their HVAC and water filter systems.
