Taylor is awesome! She is incredibly motivating and very intentional with what she says to encourage you to keep going, stay the course, and push yourself while still listening to your body. I haven’t been able to commit to a consistent workout routine in years… OTF Seaford is motivating, fun, and hands down, has the best coaches!

Orange theory is the best gym I’ve ever went to! Having coaches that care about your goals and health, really motivates you to show up every week and give it your best! Highly recommend if you like having fun and working out at the same time
