I cannot say enough good things about this place. The programming is excellent and the coaches are awesome. Taylor, Jules, Sabrina, Haley all bring the energy and expert knowledge. There’s no weak link on this team. John the head coach does a phenomenal job- he’s coached 5000+ classes and shows up like it’s day 1 each time, truly respectable. Was convinced to come with a friend today. I haven't been to the gym in two years give or take so agreeing to going was very nerve wracking. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted by the sweetest girl at the front desk. She walked me through everything and even mentioned my previous injuries to that sessions Coach. John was absolutely amazing and made my first class such a great experience. There’s no place like Seaford OTF!! From the amazing coaches to the friendly front desk staff it is the best OTF around. Since I joined I’ve lost pounds and inches - I’ve gained muscle and strength but what stands out most is the family and friends I have gained along the way 🧡
