I signed up for a "free" class at the Gresham facility. They wanted my credit card to sign me up... but NO WHERE on that page was a notice that I would be charged $12.00 if I did not show. I got charged!!! Terrible policy! watch out!
After listening to my best friend gush about Orange Theory for almost 2 years, I decided to give it a shot. Prior to joining OTF, I wasn't working out at all. No running, no jogging, no lifting - nothing. I was terrified before my first class because I didn't think I would be able to do it. I was worried that I would be judged for not being good enough. I highly recommend Orange theory! It encompasses all the experiences you need cardio, weight, etc. Different exercises each session. Opportunities to monitor and assess using heart rate monitor and in body scan. Classes are lead by amazing Gresham coaches where you just show up and put in the work for 1hr. There also a nice clock down stretch at the end of class which is a plus.
