Just stopped in for the day while traveling through for work- Coach Tay and the front desk team were wondeful! Very welcoming, encouraging and professional. Studio was clean and well taken care of. Thank you!
I had a great experience today with Caleb and Darby. The class was very balanced, functional and covered the total body. Everyone is welcoming and amazing at the desk and the coaches are awesome! I felt that the gym was very inclusive to everyone’s ability and limitations The gym is clean and well organized and they also have showers for those going to and from work. Excited for this journey! The coaches are excellent and there is a rotating classes. I have been several days in a row and nothing is repeating!
