I’ve had a frustrating experience with Orangetheory Tarrytown that really highlights how poorly their waitlist system is handled—and how out of step it is with every other studio I’ve ever used. Orange theory workouts are the best part of my day! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the coaches are amazing. Every class is different and the music is always great. The coaches know all of the members at a personal level and are so encouraging. Such an awesome studio and I’m happy to be a part of it! Everyone is amazing, friendly and so personable. Always willing to help out!

The worst orange theory studio in all westchester! Great coaches but horrible staff. Extremely rude. Never at their desk during class or after for any questions or concerns. Make no accommodations what so ever even in classes that are not full. Lied about waitlisting classes most likely because they are lazy and not at their desks to actually check.
