I’ve never worked out before joining OrangeTheory—like ever. Walking into a fitness studio for the first time, I was nervous and honestly expected to feel out of place. Orangetheory in Great Falls, VA has truly changed my life! I’m down almost 40 lbs thanks to the incredible support and motivation from Coach Taylor, Coach Annie, and Coach Kevin — they push you while making every workout fun and empowering. Huge shoutout to Megan and Taylor at the front desk, too — their energy is contagious and they make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The entire team here is amazing. This place is more than a gym — it’s a community that lifts you up every step of the way!
I’ve been to orange theory a few times now and I have to say coach Taylor is an amazing instructor. Not only does she know her stuff she also plays some of the best music to workout to. If you want a killer workout head to orange theory and take one of Taylor’s classes 💪🏻
The studio is nice but the review is for overall OTF: we are still required to fill out client intake forms and waivers online even though it has been done in person because the “studios are not connected to internal database”, which sounds quite ridiculous
