I have been a member at this studio for 2.5 years, the coaches were nothing but supportive and friendly and made working out fun, and for someone who never enjoyed working out or being in a gym, that was a game changer for me. This gym has such a lively atmosphere and a fantastic range of equipment! The staff is always friendly and willing to help, making it easy to stay motivated. I especially love the variety of classes available throughout the week.
This place is amazing!!! Just the atmosphere and workout pace is everything. Also coach Meg was great
