I have been attending Orange Theory classes for 1 year now. The variety in the workouts has kept me coming back! The studio is welcoming for all ability levels. Serene, Brian and Greg are all encouraging and supportive. I have noticed a big difference in my level of fitness and cardiac endurance since starting and recommend everyone try a class!
As someone who has been a member for nearly two years I have watched MANY members leave this studio in the past year for gyms that have more class offerings and more consistent coaching. The members of this studio deserve an owner that is present and pays attention to the quality of the product. Javi at the front desk is fantastic! He's always upbeat, quick with check-ins, and goes out of his way to answer questions about classes—makes starting your day there a breeze. And Coach Chris?
