Orange Theory has changed how I think about fitness. It takes the guess work away, creates an encouraging environment, and almost feels like a video game, trying to push yourself into the Orange Zone. If you haven’t been able to figure out the best fitness plan for you, I highly recommend giving OT a try. The coaches at the Manchester location are also top notch, and the front desk staff is equally as helpful. I look forward to pushing myself to be my healthiest and strongest as I continue with the program.
Wow. My love for Orangetheory Fitness is unlike anything I could have imagined. I have been a member of Orangetheory for close to a year. The Orange Theory platform works. In one year I was not only able to hit my goal of losing 45 lbs but I was able to remain consistent with my workouts and make an entire lifestyle change. This is truly a program I enjoy.
