I canceled my membership after being involuntarily switched to the Bulverde location, they let me know that my cancellation had been processed and everything was good and my final payment would be in January. Yet I’m still being charged in March. This is ridiculous and a total scam I would not sign up because you won’t be able to cancel and them honor your cancellation. Amazing coaches, awesome vibe, overall the community is so supportive and makes working out fun! Orangetheory has changed my life for the better!
I love OTF! The coaches here at 1604/Bulverde Rd are the best around. They take time to get to know you and help you get the best workout!
Great experience, it’s been 2 years since I’ve been to OTF and they welcomed me back with good energy!
