I like all the coaches here but Maureen is the best. She motivates in a way that really works for me and others, by explaining what the exercise is intended to work on the body. Come here to get get both a cardio and strength workout. This is a good place for all ages, genders, body types, and current fitness levels. You can modify as needed, increase or decrease intensity, and you have the heart rate monitor to help you figure out where you are.
