I'm a fan of this OT location because of the dedicated staff and the supportive energy that comes with the group format. Seeing Coaches Noah, Jenn, Lisa and Mel always brightens my day and challenges me to put more effort into the workout and get results!
I always get a good workout here and usually burn about 400 calories. My favorite coach, Jenn, is friendly, personable, encouraging and helpful. I think all the coaches are though. Yahya is the best front desk person! He knows I usually need the bike and earplugs so offers them each time! I never need to ask. He’s super kind and thoughtful. My only complaint is how loud the music is and some of the rap has questionable lyrics but that’s why they have earplugs and overall it’s a great welcoming experience!
I'm so grateful I finally went on a limb and tried orange theory! It's the perfect crossover of going to the gym and having a trainer. The classes offer a lot of challenge and I feel equally motivated to work hard and the permission to listen to my body and modify when needed. Huge fan of the trainers and the overall vibe feels positive and inclusive!
The gym was fine but they will literally never stop emailing you. Their emails don’t have an unsubscribe button in them, and if you call, they will hang up on you. I have been trying to get them to stop emailing me for literally years.
