I walked into the Patchogue location at the end of May with tears in my eyes not knowing what to expect or if I would be capable of completing the classes. Mel was so patient and kind. She reassured me that there were people of all ages and capabilities. She took her time to explain EVERYTHING to me. Orange Theory Patchogue has really become my happy place this year. When my dad passed away in January I needed something to turn to with my grief, and although I never told any of the staff what I was going through, they all welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so welcomed in their community. The coaches always remember my name and ask me how my week is going; it puts a smile on my face to know I have a place like this to turn to and get my endorphins going. Great instructor and studio space but it would have been nice to have towels available for the showers
I have been a member with Orange Theory dating back to 2016. The Patchogue location has stepped up and improved in so many areas. They are welcoming, cheerful and encouraging. The studio is clean and they have hand sanitizers everywhere & I am once again motivated and inspired to continue being a member at OTF.
I’ve been going to OrangeTheory for the past 8 months and I find it to be the best fitness model for me. It pushes me past my comfort zone and has truly made me stronger because of it. The coaches at this specific location are fantastic! They are always so supportive and encouraging us to challenge ourselves. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!
