First time at this studio and a beginner member: Coach Jonathan was super helpful in explaining correct form to me and his additional instructions for exercises were easy to follow along with!
I love orange theory! The trainers are very motivational and have great energy! The music is always great and I always leave feeling like I’ve had a great workout. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly.
