I cannot say enough great things about OTF Wycoff. Everyone is so kind. You are greeted with such friendly faces. Everyone is super helpful and kind and the community is great and the coaches are amazing. I sometimes take two classes (a 2 or 3G followed by a strength or a tread 50)! Otf has been there through all the ups and downs! Worth every single penny to feel like a person. Update: EVERY single person in the studio from the staff to the clients follows and support your goals. Best community on earth!
2 1/2 years and still loving it! I have never been a gym person but I love OT in Wyckoff. The coaches and staff are awesome.
My overall fitness levels have improved significantly. I use to hate running but I am now able to run up to 5 miles in class. The instructors are incredibly supportive!
