Great work out, amazing and friendly staff. Great vibe
Super welcoming experience when you arrive to the studio 5 minutes before a class due to traffic after driving 30 minutes and they deny you entry. I just started a job right across the street too so this would have been a perfect opportunity to join something that appeared to be a fun workout regimen, bummer the front of house staff doesn’t know how to be flexible and understanding to new clients. I really enjoyed the classes here. The issue is the bump and grind, stick - my - d%$& -in-you lyrics they play while working out at all of these gyms. It's not even background music, it's like you're in a club. You can barely hear what the instructor is saying half the time because they don't bother to turn the stripper music down and they're trying to shout over it. I really would like to give this place 5 stars because the coaches and the classes are great. The blond husky woman at the front desk is very catty (as are many members here) and only acknowledges the people she wants to. I guess most places are like that when the staff isn't too motivated and has probably been there too long. Really liked the classes and the coaches, though! I would probably go to other locations before this one, though, for a friendlier vibe.
