If you want to get in better shape and need that extra push, this is the place for you! The group fitness setting motivates everyone to workout harder than they would if you weee alone. I have been attending OTG since 2023 and more than anything else I would have to say it has made me a more confident person. Fitness never came easy for me and I have never felt an iota of judgement while taking classes. My favorite part is the coaches don’t let you engage in exercises incorrectly. Rather they will give you individualized attention to make sure you aren’t hurting yourself and are receiving max benefit.
I absolutely LOVE OrangeTheory Greenbrier! The coaches are incredible, especially Coach Kelley and Coach Ryan. The front desk team is amazing as well. Natalija and Susan always greet everyone with a smile and make you feel right at home. The gym has become my therapy, and I look forward to every class. Workouts are clearly demonstrated by the coach, who is always there to help with form, making each session safe and personalized.
