What a great gym! All of the coaches are so nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give tips and motivation to get the most out of every workout. They also include modifications for all exercises for those who have restrictions. It is so refreshing walking in to Orange Theory of Wayne, being greeted by your first name and big smiles. I highly recommend Orange Theory, such a great bunch of people.
Absolutely love OT Wayne location! From the front desk staff, to the cleanliness, to all the coaches - it is just the best. I especially go out of my way to block time off from my work day to make it to Coach Steven’s strength classes.
Update on my last review. I am almost at my 1,000th class. The coaches at the Wayne studio keep me going. Coach Rico for the tread50 classes with his playlists and encouragement to Coach Steve with his strength classes helping me with my form and weight choices. I am still a very happy member!!!!! I recently completed my 500th class! The coaches and the classes are what keeps me going at 5 am. OTF truly cares about their members. The coaches and staff always make time for one on one talks. I am so happy to be a member.
OTF has changed my life!!!! I’ve been a member for over 3yrs and can honestly say I’ve seen such a difference with my overall health. The coaches are wonderful and I’ve been able to work with most of them. I can say there is nothing like a Rico class. He pushes you to be better and encourages you to push your limits.
