Orange Theory Lake Oswego is a game changer! The front desk staff are so kind and organized (I once lost my keys and they helped me find them)! On top of that, the trainers are experts and so fun. I e done so many work out classes over the years and this is the first one that has me fully locked in and excited to go every week!
I have had a phenomenal experience at LO OTF. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Every single coach is extremely motivating and is always there to help you meet your goals!

I have been to several Orange Theory studios and this one is by far the least enjoyable. They are constantly losing coaches and hiring new ones. The front desk staff are immature, rude and uninformed. They are focused on making money instead of making it a welcoming environment. I moved across the country and the Orange Theories here have exceptional staff and coaches that go out of their way to get to know you and help in any way they can. Very glad for a new home gym.
great place to workout and very great coaches and they help me improve when I do an exercise slightly off. They are also very helpful for helping you workout around any shoulder pain or injuries.
