Located adjacent to Best Buy on Veterans parkway you can find Orange Therapy. Coming from a Crossfit base this fits in my wheelhouse perfectly. Class last an hour and can be as difficult as you want it. The OTB Sensor you wear literally track everything from time spent in different caloric zones, total calories burnt, average speed, and distance covered. Very friendly, attentive staff. I had planned to take a class at this location, but it seems they adjust their schedule daily based on projected attendance. It’s disappointing that this location’s approach prioritizes their bottom line over the consistency and reliability members expect. In this case, I’m glad I was just visiting—my home studio doesn’t operate this way.
