Great gym and trainers! The music and workouts are always on point. I have been a member at a couple OTFs as I have moved a couple times and this one is the best.
OTF Apopka is a quick efficient workout with a family atmosphere. The staff really get to know your strengths and weaknesses and always push you to be better. I've been an OTF member for over 6 years and the coaches here are wonderful!
Clean gym with great coaches and staff! Almost like personal training, but at a fraction of the price. Early morning classes available. All around a great workout
Love Orangetheory! The coaches are motivating, classes are challenging yet scalable, and the community is incredibly supportive. I've seen significant improvements in my endurance and overall fitness since joining. The energy is always high and I look forward to every workout!5/5stars!
